DNA-Spin™ Plasmid DNA Purification Kit has optimized alkali lysis buffering system and cilica membrane to isolate high purify plamid DNA from bacteria. Neutralization buffering system applied for neutral pH and binding.
It makes not only stable isolation and purification but also efficient
to remove chromosomal DNA, cell debris of plasmid DNA for over 30 Kb. Lysis Viewer is applied to visual pH confirmation as lysis & neutralization indicator, so you can easily find the pH condition during the alkaline lysis step (Fig 1.). High-copy plasmid DNA and low-copy
plasmid DNA are all available to use. Washing Buffer A is separately
offered for efficient isolation and purification of plasmid DNA from endA+ strain(HB101, the JM strains, NM series strains, PR series strains).

PROBER™ Probe
DNA Purifying System is disposable column, which is designed for
un-incorporated nucleotide removal after DNA labeling during react of
polymerization or end-labeling, random primer labeling, nick translation
using sephadex.
Sephadex pillar is build up by the spin down using charged sephadex resin. You can get labeled probe DNA if load the sample in the sephadex pillar and perform spin down. Especially, our advanced sephadex resin makes effective removal of dNTP, free isotope, enzyme after probe DNA labeling step by chemical method or isotope. Two times of spin down step is enough for simple and high probe DNA reproducibility.

DNA-maxi™ SV Plasmid DNA Purification Kit is designed to extract high purity /concentration plasmid DNA from midi scale bacterial cell culture volume by using silica membrane and optimized alkali lysis
buffering system. Two column system helps easy isolation and
purification with pre-filtration column and DNA binding membrane applied
